The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly should it change. pub770 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, pub770 requires completion of identity verification ("KYC"). You will be required to provide a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or driver's license) and may be required to provide proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. pub770 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pub770 login credentials. You agree to notify pub770 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. pub770 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to safeguard your credentials.
pub770 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following supported payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are credited to your pub770 wallet in Philippine Peso; no currency conversion is applied to PHP deposits.
pub770 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
pub770 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees for which pub770 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified players who have completed the KYC process. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, except where pub770 determines an alternative method is appropriate.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. pub770 targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically settled within the same business day, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pub770 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
pub770's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
pub770 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, where pub770 reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) the player poses a fraud, money laundering, or regulatory risk; (c) the player is a minor or has misrepresented their eligibility; or (d) account closure is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pub770 customer support. Upon closure, any verified remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, net of any applicable fees or forfeitures under these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to pub770's customer support for informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules.
pub770 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
